Google sign-in will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your email address. The information you provide is held in strict confidence.

We collect this information to generate your user license.

Furthermore you need to grant following access:

• Allow this application to run when you are not present

Download / Upload your contacts daily at 3am, in case you enabled this option

• View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in

• See, edit, create, and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive

Both scopes are needed to create and update your set-up the <SyncContacts> tab

• Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications

create the Addon Sidebar in order to easily access Sync Contacts functions

• See, edit, download, and permanently delete your Contacts

Download contacts to sheets. Upload contact information from sheet to Contacts

FYI: Contacts will not be deleted by Sync Contacts - only updated

( we collect the minimum amount of information that is necessary to operate the add-on)

Use of Information

Sync Contacts uses the minimal collected data for further purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service

• To notify you about changes to our Service

• To provide customer care and support

• To generate your lisence key

• To address the billing for the lisence key generation

• To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service

• To monitor the usage of the Service

• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
