Google OAuth

Google Sign-In will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your email address. The information you provide is held in strict confidence and is used solely to generate your user license.

Permissions and Access

To operate effectively, MAX requires the following permissions:

Allow this application to run when you are not present
- Extract your emails automatically on an hourly basis if you have enabled this option.
View and manage spreadsheets that this application has been installed in
- See, edit, create, and delete your spreadsheets in Google Drive.
- These scopes are necessary to create and update your setup in the <MAX> and <MAXset> tabs.
View and modify but not delete your email
- View and extract your emails based on your settings in the <MAXset> sheet and write them to <MAX>.
- Add the label "MAXed" to your emails to ignore them in future extractions.
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications
- Create the Add-on sidebar for easy access to MAX functions.
